Who Can Join EarnNet?
EarnNet is an exclusive Business Collaborative Community for Indian resident Business Entities, represented by their designated Authorised Representative. Membership is open to eligible organisations that offer products or services, value trusted business relationships, and are committed to collaboration, ethical networking and sustainable business growth.

Membership Tenure
Venue fees are payable separately by Members and are collected monthly in advance through the EarnNet Member Dashboard.
Membership eligibility, renewal and other applicable terms are governed by the Membership Agreement and other governing documents accepted during onboarding.
Important Membership Rules
Membership is granted exclusively to Business Entities through one designated Authorised Representative. Substitute or proxy representatives are not permitted.
Attendance: Members are required to attend a minimum of 20 official EN Room meetings during every rolling six-month period.
Category Exclusivity: One Membership • One Business Category • One District.
Visitor Policy: Visitors are entitled to one complimentary EN Room visit. A second visit is permitted upon payment of the applicable venue fee, subject to a maximum of two EN Room visits per calendar year.
EN Room Transfer: A Member may apply to transfer to another EN Room after completing one continuous year of active membership, subject to the EarnNet Membership Policy and category availability.
Cross EN Room Access: Members in good standing may visit other EN Rooms in accordance with the EarnNet Cross EN Room Policy.
Member Dashboard: Business referrals and applicable referral milestones may be voluntarily recorded through the Member Dashboard. EarnNet administers the Member Dashboard as a technology-enabled member service and does not independently verify, validate or guarantee Member declarations.
Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable after enrolment and acceptance of membership, except where otherwise required under applicable law or expressly provided under the EarnNet Membership Agreement.

EarnNet Recognition & Appreciation Programme
EarnNet celebrates Members who make outstanding contributions to the Business Collaborative Community. Eligible achievements may be recognised through complimentary membership extensions at the time of renewal, in accordance with the EarnNet Recognition Policy.
Recognition is subject to verification, eligibility criteria and compliance with the EarnNet Recognition Policy. Complimentary membership extensions are non-transferable, have no cash value and are applied only upon membership renewal.

EarnNet is a private membership-based Business Collaborative Community. All commercial negotiations, quotations, contracts, invoices, payments and applicable statutory compliances are undertaken directly between the participating Business Entities and their respective clients or counterparties. EarnNet is not a party to such transactions. EarnNet provides the Member Dashboard, governance-enabled administrative member services and community management in accordance with its Membership Agreement and governing documents.
